MS EDGE BROWSER CONFIGURATONS - Vsoft eDesk

Open the Microsoft Edge Browser

Select 3 dots option from right corner of browser.

Then select 3 dots go for settings option. Below screen will shown

Then Select the default browser left side

Then make changes as below screenshot –

 1) Let Internet Explorer open sites in Microsoft Edge – should be Incompatible Site Only
2) Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode) - should be Allow
3) Internet Explorer mode pages – Then click add and Paste Vsoft eDesk url -
https://onviewcts.psb.co.in/edesk50/logon.aspx

Past the URL in browser location.

Right click at top of window as per below shown screenshot and select - Reload tab in
internet explorer mode
Below Screen available and Select Option - Done

Then below screen will appear - Close the 'X' as shown above right side corner
Edge will appears in internet explorer mode and operation screen works.
