INTRODUCTION
TAPSMARK ELECTRICAL (PVT) LTD was founded in 2022 by Tapiwa Makumbe. The
business is expanding from being a small local electrical solutions company into one of
Zimbabwe’s largest and top electrical construction and installation establishments. The
company is registered and fully compliant in Zimbabwe.

TAPSMARK ELECTRICAL (PVT) LTD delivers high quality construction and electrical
maintenance outcomes for a wide range of clients. Our trained electricians can resolve
the most complex of electrical issues and have built a solid reputation of successfully
delivering premier electrical contracting and maintenance solutions for public sectors and
private customers in commercial, domestic and industrial markets throughout Zimbabwe.

TAPSMARK ELECTRICAL (PVT) LTD has been providing electrical services for 3 years and
places great emphasis on our relationship with clients, private or commercial, and pride
ourselves on the ability to respond to our clients’ needs in an efficient and cost-effective
way.

OUR SERVICES
We provide a wide range of electrical related services which are not limited to:

Substation construction And Power line construction and maintenance

Substations are a part of an electrical generation, transmission, and distribution
systems. Substations transform voltage from high to low, or the reverse. Between
the generating station and consumer, electric power may flow through several
substations at different voltage levels by transmission lines. Tapsmark Electrical
designs and constructs substations and transmission lines that strike a balance
between reliability and cost. A good design attempts to strike a balance between
these two.

Solar power installation.

Lighting solutions differ in size and complexity depending on the intended
application. These may vary depending on use e.g. solar street lighting, home
lighting, lighting for educational institutions and health facilities. The main
benefits of photovoltaic systems is that there are no monthly billing charges,
electricity is generated for more than 20 years without any need for traditional
fuels, solar PV systems are durable, the systems are suitable for any part of the
country (e.g., underserviced areas), no noise pollution is generated, and the
production of power is environmentally friendly.
