    In the article "Why is the TV the Hottest New Cardio Piece?" by Jeannine Stein, Los
    Angeles Times, the author tell us about the popular of television in working out and
    whether people should use some kind of entertainment. According to the journalist,
    today's TV has become an indispensable training device. You can see tv everywhere
    when you practice td. The more magnificent the club the club, the better the option. Big
    complexes have tv screens integrated into cardio machines. Because of such popularity,
    more and more clubs are buying TVs and similar equipment. More and more devices for
    entertainment, practitioners can listen to music, watch movies, feel comfortable during
    practice. However, this is not an effective way to practice. When people practice too
    much, they will forget they are exercising and their body will not improve much. Still,
    some people find it interesting. Research has also shown that this practice helps lower
    blood pressure, reduce fat, and improve cardiovascular function. In short, this exercise
    seems to work for one person but not for another, each person should choose the best
    type of exercise for themselves.
