Last December 1, we ordered 250 copies of Wizard’s Tale and 150 copies of Light of
Night. And we received 250 books of Wizard’s Tale and 150 books of Light of Night. We paid
the order through online with a Ref. no. of 210-xxx-xxx-xxx-01.

Mrs. Elsa Anquilo, your sales representative, urged that the books are all in good shape
and does not have any damaged.

However, we opened the order, preparing for display, we seen that 35 books of Wizard’s
Tale have a torn page and 28 books of Light of Night are defective also.

We are returning the 35 books of Wizard’s Tale and 28 books of Light of Night. We are
expecting a replacement for the damaged product.

shipped as of the moment. It should arrive in a few days.

We are thankful for returning the defected products. We sent 35 books of Wizard’s Tale
and 30 books of Light of Night. The excess book was a compensation for the inconvenience we
cause.
