Helpful Tips:
• Please note that if you are currently using a personal or academic Microsoft
account, you will need to sign out before logging in with your iHeartMedia
credentials.
o To do this, click your profile located at the top right of the page and
select Sign in with a different account. Proceed to sign in with your iHeartMedia
credentials.
• During the sign-in process be sure to set up additional Multi Factor
Authentications. This will allow you to access additional applications and
resources within Microsoft.
• Once you’ve created your Microsoft Account, click the Workday icon on the
Microsoft dashboard or sign into Workday directly at HR4U.iHeartMedia.com to begin
completing your onboarding tasks* such as the Form I-9, direct deposit and W-4
elections (not applicable to Contingent workers).
You are encouraged to complete the onboarding process on or before your first day
of employment. Failure to complete your onboarding requirements will delay your
ability to enroll in the iHeartMedia 401(k) Plan and Health Benefits.
* Note: Contingent Workers will not receive onboarding tasks related to payroll or
benefits.

Password Requirements:
Your password must contain characters from three of the following four categories
and be at least eight characters long:
1. English uppercase character: A – Z
2. English lowercase character: a – z
3. Number: 0 – 9
4. Symbols and Special Characters
Your password cannot contain:
• Any part of your sign on name, email address, or Outlook display name.
• An 'actual dictionary word'
• Cannot use "company" words such as: iHeart, Katz, Media, Radio, etc.
• Can use character replacements: D0gs (dogs), sP4c3 (space), etc.
The use of a Pass-Phrase Password is allowed. And, if your new password is 14
characters or longer, it may contain a 'dictionary word' (but not a company word).
Example: "My dog's name is Blue1." (greater than 14 characters and contains
uppercase, lowercase, special, and numeric).
