The compet;tive examination shall be held to test the ability of the candidate in the following
subjects and each subject will carry the number ofmarks shown as under:_

Each Part shall have 50 Multiple Choice Questions bearing two marks for each
question.

i. The font for Compuler Test shall be "Kruti Dev 0l 0" for Ilindi and "CALIBRl" for
English.
ll Minimum Speed should be 8000 key depressions per hour on computer. Data will
have to be fed in dual language, i.e. English and Hindi.
Efflciency Test may be taken on word processing software. It shall include
lbrmatring oiTest. Paragraph, Page & Table using proper methods and formatting of
letters,

Notes:
(i) Merit list of successful candidates for selcction shall be prepared on the basis of
Total Aggregate Marks obtained in Written Test and 'type-Writing Test on
Computer (Speed & Ei'llciency Test).
thosL candidates who secure minimum 45% marks and 40% marks in case of
Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes & Persons with B€nchmark Disabilities in lhe
lvritlen ted shall be eligible for appearing in the type writing test on computer'

the said range al, those caDdidates who secure the same percentage of marks shall

(iii) No candidate who fails to secure 50% in the aggregate with at least'10% marks in
c2se ofscheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes & Persons with Benchmark Disabilities
and 45% marks in casc of all other categories, in eaoh lest. at the competitive
eramination shall be selected.
(iv) 'lhe general sLritabiliry_ for scrvice ofthe candidates securing equal total aggregate
marks in Written 'fest and l ype Writing Test on Computer shatl be determined on
rhe basis of havirg regard to age i.e. the candidate, elder in age shall be given
highcr place in nrerit.
(v) Persorls with Benchmark Disabilities shatl be provided relaxalion from the Type-
Writing Test on computer and they shall be awarded marks in Computer lest on
the basis ofaverage marks obtained by them in the Written Test. Ho{ever, if any
such candidale voluntarily opts in his online {pplication, to appear in the
Type-Writing Test on computer, he shall be allowed to appear in such test'
