society, and (2) propose engineering solution to help the society. The alternative way of study is

understanding of contemporary issue by each of the students.

Presentation requirements of the integrative project report

The following is a guide to standard essay requirements

The text is suggested rest within the word number reference for the main body, excluding the reference
list and any appendix. A word count must be given at the end of the main body of the text.

Using templates for front pages which include: Programme Title, Title of Essay, Name of Authors, and Date
of Submission, and Project Advisor(s): (followed by name)

Essay pages should be identifiable only by the inclusion of project number and subject code on each page.

Essay must be typed using single spacing and size 12 font (Times New Roman)

Text must be left justified and presented with margins of 1 inch of all margin.

All pages must be numbered consecutively, starting with and including the title page and ending with the
appendix.

The Harvard style of reference should be adopted.

A reference list must be included with each report and a bibliography submitted if necessary

All analysis and calculation works can be put into appendix with the works will not accounted into word
limit.

Schedule of the Individual Reflective Essay Assignment

The works should be submitted as follow:

Project Proposal to be submitted by: 24:00, 25th Feb 2023, i.e., 00:00, 16th Feb 2023.

Presentation to be held: 10:00 to 17:00, 22nd April 2023 at LT5

Power point to be submitted by: 24:00, 21st April 2023 i.e., 00:00, 22nd April 2023.

Integrative report to be submitted by: 24:00, 6th May 2023, i.e., 00:00, 7th May 2023.
