Offer of Employment

We are extending to you an offer of employment as full-time warehouse production associate. If you accept our offer of
employment, the following terms and conditions will apply.

Your job responsibilities are as follows:

You’ll perform various tasks, including maintaining and operating the machinery and search for potential malfunctions or
risks. You’ll transfer the products and equipment, using power tools and forklift trucks. You’ll also keep the facility clean by
removing debris and trash to ensure safety.

- Operate production equipment

- Store products and materials
- Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift
- Report on defective products or machinery
- Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products
- Transfer equipment manually or with forklift trucks
- Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines

Your start date is September 27, 2022. You will report directly to John Martinelli, Supervisor.

Your beginning rate of compensation will be $17.00 per hour. You will work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
with available overtime hours.

We have a benefits package. You will be permitted to participate in the following benefits, in accordance with our policies
as may change from time to time, and after meeting the applicable eligibility requirements, if any:

You will be entitled to 4 days, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year of employment in
accordance with our sick leave policy, which may be modified from time to time.
