· Power at venue: 63 amps 3 PH / Single, 220 / 380 V
· All permissions for event and venue.
· Onsite security of equipment.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· Quote Validity: 2 Weeks
· The above equipment is subject to availability on confirmation only with LPO
· Payment Terms: 75% Advance on Confirmation and Balance 25% On Installation
· Note*: Balance PDC payable on confirmation.
· Price includes delivery and installation.
· Any extension to the hired period will bear additional hire charges
· Equipment lost or damaged will be charged at current replaceable value

NOTE*: This quote is only complete with a venue layout and lighting plot, which will be provided after consultation with the client.

NOTE*: Job will be executed as per mutually agreed stage layout, lighting plot and specifications to client satisfaction. No last minute changes will
be accepted.
NOTE*: Events Valley Entertainment Company will not and be held responsible for the installation of any equipments other than those mentioned
in this quote.
