LOW SALARY

Low salary, this is where workers works so hard but still recieves low salary that arent worth it
for their hard work. As a student I do not have a job and I cant relate my self on this issue but my
parents can. And other people can, as a teenager I have watched and saw a lot of people from the
social media and on televison that a lot of worker cant have the right amount of salary that they
deserve.
There Is a trent right now on social media where in a delivery rider asked his consumer for a
small amount of money,because he delivered the package for the consumer are big packages and he
had a hard time carrying them on his motorcyle. The consumer started filming the delivery rider and
kept on saying that he is abusing his job where in he is asking for money from their contumers. The
consumer started saying bad things to the delivery guy. According to the delivery driver he asked for
a small amount of money to the consumer because his salary is really low and he is asking for some
help to the consumer, but the consumer have misinterprete the situation and started filiming him and
saying that he is abusing his job.
As a student, I do not agree with low salary, because according to my own invertigations and
expirience through my parents situations. Workers are working so hard everyday and at the end of
the month they will recive a low salary. This is totally unfair to them. I know that some componies are
also having a hard time with the out come of their compony because sometimes sales are relly low.
But when you already have a low sales why are they kept on hiring more employes and kept on
promising them a good salary and when the compony is having low sales they will give the
employees a low salary with no explanations and sometimes not even gving them their salary.
While other componies are not having some low sales but still, they give their employees a low
salary, and they will keep the extra money of the sales for them selves and leave the employees a
low salary even though they are one who works hard for the compony to have a big sales and to keep
the compony on going.

REASON#1 THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD RECEIVE THE RIGHT AMOUNT IF SALARY

ACCORDING TO THEIR JOB AND HARD WORK.
The employees should receive the right amount of salary according to their job and hard
work. The employees are the one that works hard to keep the compony on going and for the
compony to have sales. The employees works so hard that’s why they should receive the right
amount of salary. Acoording to some studies, The Philippines were among the poorest paid worker.
This research shows that here in the philippines there are a lot of workers that don’t receive the right
amount of salary, which is totally unfair because the workers are working hard but they could not
receive the right amount of salary they deserves.
REASON#2 THE EMPLOYEES WORKS HARD FOR THEIR FAMILY.
The employees works evry hard so that they will be able to give their family a nice and vibrant
life. But because of the compony owners are abusing them and kept on giving them a low salary the
employees are not able to give and provide everything that their family needed. Base on my own
experience with my parents situations, my parents use to work on this compony and the compony
refuse to gove my parents the right amount of salary they desurves. We are having a hard time
financially at that point, but my parents perserved and still works for that compony for a year. Till they
have saved enough money and they quit there job and have a new job that pays them the right
amount of salary. According to my experince it is hard when that compony don’t pay their workers the
right amount of salary because they have a family and their money is not enough to give their family
everything they needed.
REASON#3 WORKING CAN DAMAGE OUR MENTAL HEALTH.
The workers or empolyees may suffer from mental health issues because of stess and lack of
sleepless. This may damage their mental heath, and after all their sufferings and hard works they will
not be alble to receive the right amounth of salary they deserved. An exapmles of this issues are the
celebrities they may look expencive into your eyes but some of the celebrities are not receiving the
right salary that they deserved. Rhianna’s(2023) latest performance in apple music super bowl. This
is where she performed and didn’t received any amount of money from the entertainment compony.
This shows that not all celebrities getting paid with the righteous amount of money.
In conlusion, I do not agree to low salary, because every workers and employees are working so
hard just so that they can give their family a comfortable and vibrant life and the compony owener just
going to give them a small amount of salary and they will say that the sales are low, then why would
they hire some employees when they can’t even give them the right amount of money to their
workers?
Worker are sacrificing their own mental health just so they can give their family everything that need
in their life to survive and the compony would take advanges of their workers. This ia really unfair to
the worker and employees, they should give the right amount of salary to their workers because theie
compony wont survive without their workers anf e
