1. OBJECTIVE
To ensure that personnel performing work in the company are competent, experienced and properly
trained in their areas of responsibility and that result of performance evaluation is directly
communicated to concerned employee.
2. SCOPE
This procedure includes activities involving Recruitment, Personnel, Training / Development and
Evaluation of Employee Performance.

3. DEFINITION OF TERMS
Manpower Request Form - A document used to request the Finance and Admin
Department that there is need for an additional
employee in their section.

Training Needs Survey Form - A document/survey form used to identify


requirement for career development and skills
upgrading of employees. Results shall be the basis
for developing the Annual Training Program.

Internal Training - Training that is provided by sections, groups or


individual employees in BCR and Co., Inc.
regardless of venue.
