IDENTIFIED NON-CONFORMANCE OR NON COMPLIANCE: A total of 162 bags of 7/11 packed last 25-Feb (2-10) were
put on hold due to missing metal clip in carousel 4.

ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM:

 Man  Machine  Method  Material  Environment
Missing part were located in the clamp near the carousel chute. This metal clip is responsible for holding the clamp in place during packing
operations. Possible root cause is due the nonstop usage of carousels causing vibration/movement that may result to under-tightening of
metal clips Affected ticket mentioned were part of the packing prior to reported missing metal clip.
