    Subject: Skeletal Operation

    ANNOUNCEMENT

    The management informs all employees assigned at Zarraga Plant - Pile Production and
    Operations Division that there is no schedule for incoming projects. With this, we regretfully inform
    every concerned Production Division employees that a skeletal work force scheme shall be
    imposed starting Monday, February 20, 2023 on a ROTATIONAL basis. Schedule of Manpower
    shall be posted together with this memo. Please also note, that Zarraga Maintenance Division and
    Pile Driving Division will work as usual waiting for the completion of their on-going assignments.

    Please be guided accordingly.
