SUBJECT : REGULAR HOLIDAY – NOVEMBER 27, 2023 “BONIFACIO DAY”

The management shall implement a “Strictly No Work” policy in all KKCCDC Head Offices, project
sites, and affiliated businesses on Monday, November 27, 2023, in observance of the Bonifacio Day
– the commemoration of which was moved from its original date on November 30, 2023, by virtue of
Proclamation No. 90.

Relative thereto, all offices and project sites of KKCCDC are advised to observe and adhere with the
foregoing company policies:

1. Employees who will render work during the Regular Holiday (November 27, 2023) shall be
required to secure an approved Work Clearance Form from their Immediate Supervisor
and must be submitted to the HRMD for proper consolidation, not later than
November 24, 2023, 05:00 PM.

2. Department Managers and Project Managers shall have the responsibility to properly scrutinize
and review WCFs and shall only approve the same with valid and reasonable purposes.

3. Official work shall resume on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Failure to report upon resumption
of work shall be dealt with in accordance with Company Policy on Attendance.

4. Filing of leave applications on November 28, 2023 shall be subject to the approval of the
employee’s Immediate Supervisor under valid and justifiable reasons and must be submitted
to the HRMD not later than November 24, 2023, 05:00 PM.

5. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, the processing of weekly and bi-monthly payroll shall
remain in the usual schedule.

Any memoranda or notices previously issued which are inconsistent hereto are hereby
superseded or amended, accordingly. Furthermore, the management reserves the right to
amend, modify, revoke, or rescind any or all of the above provisions as deemed appropriate and
necessary under the circumstances.
