SUBJECT: SUBMISSION OF PEP ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR NOVEMBER 2023 INCLUDING

THE LIST OF MIADP STAFF FOR RENEWAL FOR CY 2024

In preparation for the contract renewal of MIADP Staff for the period January to December
2024, all staff are directed to submit your individual Performance Evaluation Profile (PEP)
accomplishments for the period of October to December 8, 2023, and endorsement from
your respective Component and Unit Heads that will be recommended for rehiring.

Kindly submit the aforementioned document on or before 13 December 2023 to the

Admin Unit for consolidation and endorsement to the MIADP PSO Project Director.
