apologies for the unexpected cancellation of the training event scheduled for December 19-22,
2023 for which we requested Engr. Bartolome S. Tesorero, Jr. to be our resource speaker
regarding the agricultural tramline system.,

Regrettably, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we were compelled to make the
difficult decision to cancel the training. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused
you, and we deeply regret any disruption to your schedule and plans.

We highly value the expertise and insights you were prepared to share with our participants, and
we understand the time and effort invested in preparing for the event. Your commitment to
supporting professional development is greatly appreciated, and we are genuinely sorry for any
disappointment this cancellation may have caused.
