SUBJECT SUBMISSION OF INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP)


FOR CALENDAR YEAR (CY) 2024, AND LEARNING AND
DEVELOPMENT (L&D) ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR
CY 2023

Pursuant to PRC Memorandum Order No. 74, (s. 2020) on the “Policies, Guidelines,
and Procedures on Learning and Development Programs”, and Department of Labor
and Employment Memorandum dated 29 September 2023, requiring its attached
agencies to submit Learning and Development (Training) documents, all PRC Central
and Regional Offices are hereby directed to submit the following documents which are
part of the office commitment for continuous learning and development of personnel:

The Central Office - Human Resource Development Division shall consolidate


submitted documents for reference in designing the PRC L&D Plan for CY 2024. The
Commission approved L&D Plan shall be immediately cascaded to all Regional Offices
to form part of the Regional L&D Plan for CY 2024 with a separate deadline of
submission.

All documents shall be submitted through this L&D Report Dashboard link:
https://tinvurl.com/ALDP2024. The access links for the new standard template for use
is likewise provided in the dashboard. For data security purposes, only the official
office Government-wide Email System (GovMail) accounts were given access.

In view of the provision of the new templates, the submission by the RO’s of the
Quarterly Inventory of Training Programs Attended by Staff shall be discontinued.
