Dear Veerasamy,
We are pleased to offer you employment in the following terms and conditions:
This Offer Letter, together with the attached Employment Agreement, Employee Handbook,
Declaration Form and Acceptance Form, forming the entire Employment Contract. Your
employment is subject to your compliance with all the terms and conditions stipulated in all
the above-mentioned documents.
If you are agreeable to all the terms and conditions of the Employment Contract, please
confirm your acceptance by completing and signing all the attached Agreement and Forms,
and email the scanned copy to ashourcscec@gmail.com at your first convenience.
The original signed copy of the Employment Contract shall be handed in to Human Resource
Department within a week from your actual joining date.

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
1. Position
The Employee’s Position, including job duties and working locale, may change from time to
time and subject to mutual consent.
Any change to the Employee’s Position shall be mutually confirmed and signed according to
the Company ISO procedures.
2. Duration of Employment
This agreement shall come into effect on the actual join date and shall remain in force until it
is terminated by either Party.
The employment is expressly dependent upon the Employee being medically fit to reside and
work in the United Arab Emirates (the “Territory”) and the employment being and
continuing to be permitted by the appropriate authorities in the Territory, and upon the
Employee holding and continuing to hold a valid residence visa, work permit and all other
requisite permissions and approvals from the appropriate authorities in the Territory. As
such, if we do not receive from you all the relevant and necessary documents within 30 days
of your commencement date for the processing of your visa, this agreement is deemed
immediately withdrawn without any liability and/or obligation on the Company.
Salaries and Benefits may change from time to time subject to performance appraisal and
mutual consent. Any change to the Employee’s Salaries & Benefits shall be mutually
confirmed and signed according to the Company ISO procedures.
4. Working Hours
The Employee shall not refuse to perform work beyond the regular working hours if it is
necessary to complete a job assignment or if requested to do so.
5. Duties
The Employee shall use his/her best endeavors to carry out such duties and job functions as
assigned by the Company.
6. Discipline
The Employee shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Company either express or
implied.
7. Air Fares
If the Employee is employed from outside of the UAE, the Employee shall pay for its own
one-way mobilization ticket and relevant expenses from his current location to the UAE.
Unless the Employment Offer states otherwise.
For annual leave return tickets, the Company either will reimburse the Employee up to
certain amount or provide the tickets to the Employee, which will be clearly stipulated in the
Offer Letter.
Upon termination of the employment, the Company will provide one-way outbound ticket
back to his place of recruitment, except the following circumstance: -
8. Annual Leave
The Employee shall be entitled to 30 calendar days paid leave for every twelve months of
continuous service.
For the sake of clarity, any Fridays/ Public Holidays /or any company declared off-days during
the leave periods shall count as part of the annual leave. Any annual leave not taken by the
Employee during a particular year can be carried forward for another 12 months maximum.
The Employee is not entitled to apply for or use his/her annual leave to offset against the
notice period Termination unless the Company so agrees. The Company shall pay to the
Employee any such outstanding leave as per the local laws.
9. Sick Leave
After the Probation period, the Employee shall be entitled to 15 days of full paid sick leave
and 30 days half paid sick leave based on the medical certificates issued by a certified
medical practitioner. Any sick leave during the probation period shall be considered as
unpaid leave.
Compassionate leave of 3 working days after probation and 2 working days during probation
period shall be granted on the death of a close family member including a spouse, child,
parent or parent-in-law. Such leave is granted only on production of supporting evidence.
The Employee will be covered under the Company Group Medical Insurance.
Duration and salary of the Probationary Period are stipulated in the Offer Letter.
Confirmation of employment is subject to satisfactory work performance during the
probationary period.
The condition for passing Probation Period is passing Dubai Municipality G+12 Test.
The Employee shall not, either during the course of employment or after its termination,
disclose to any party any secrets, transactions, or information related to the Company’s
business. He shall not do anything that may harm the interest or image of the Company or
place himself in a position in which there is a conflict between his/her personal interest and
that of the Company.
The Employee shall not engage in any other employment or his/her own business or hold
any position in any companies.
Either party may terminate this Employment by giving the other party advance notice in
writing or salary in-lieu thereof. Notice period duration is stipulated in the Offer Letter.
Should the employee fail to comply with clause 5, clause 6 and clause 13, the Company shall
have the right to terminate the employment at any time with immediate effect.
This Contract is governed by the UAE Law. Dubai Courts shall have jurisdiction over any
dispute arising here from or in connection herewith.

DECLARATION FORM
(To be completed by the Employee)
3) I have never ever been investigated in respect of any suspected criminal offences,
arrested, reported for, or pleaded guilty to or been found guilty of any criminal
offences. I am neither currently facing charges yet to be determined for an offence.
4) I have never been the subject of allegations or an investigation or any other processes
relating to alleged unsatisfactory performance including misconduct as an employee.
5) I undertake to compensate the Company of any visa fees, fines and mobilization
expenses if my visa application is denied by the Government Authorities due to my
medical conditions or violations to any laws and regulations.
6) I undertake that I will not engage in any external or private activities which will result
in a conflict or potential conflict of interest with any of my duties as an employee of
the Company. In any case where there is any possible doubt regarding a potential
conflict of interest between my personal interests, I undertake to seek advice and
instruction from an appropriate supervisor or manager.
