Dear Sir/Ma’am:

Due to our Company's deals with BIR compliance and statutory regulations, we had to
carefully assess and rationalize our manpower requirements to ensure the viability of the
business. In particular, we have determined that we will not be able to deploy all our
employees in the next few months as the business may be temporarily closed or require a
limited number of personnel reporting for work.

Thus, we are placing some of our employees on “floating status” from 20 November 2023, to 11
February 2024:

1. Emmanuel J. Curioso

And the following employees, from 20 November 2023 to 20 March 2024.
