ORDER

The Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited directs that the

days specified in the Annexure to these orders shall be observed as Paid Holidays
and Optional Holidays to all the workers in Operation and Maintenance,
Construction wing and the workers in OMC, O& M and 400 KV Construction
Circles of APTRANSCO during the year 2023.

2. The APTRANSCO further directs that such of those workers in Operation

and Maintenance, Construction wing and workers in OMC, O & M and 400 KV/
OMC/ O&M/Construction Circles of APTRANSCO who are called upon to carry
out Operation and Maintenance Jobs on any of the declared Paid Holidays will
be entitled to a day’s extra wage in addition to their normal wages or a
Compensatory Holiday as opted by the workers.

3. If any of the National or Festival Holidays specified in the Annexure to

these orders fall on Sunday or any other holiday, there shall be no claim for an
extra paid holiday.

4. If the Workman is employed on his weekly off in the exigencies of work, he

shall be allowed compensatory holiday.

5. Optional Holidays not exceeding Five (5) specified in annexure to these

orders shall be availed by the workers in Operation and Maintenance,
Construction wing and the workers in OMC, O & M and 400 KV Construction
Circles of APTRANSCO during the year 2023 with permission of the Officer
concerned i.e., the authority competent to sanction Casual Leave.
