Proposed Study Area

This study is conducted based on the Eco Forest, Semenyih. Eco World Development Group Berhad
("the Group" or "EcoWorld Malaysia"), one of Malaysia's top real estate developers, is aware of its
obligation to advance sustainability throughout all of its activities and practises. This sustainability
report details the Group's environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") strategies, projects, and
results.

It is a residential area surrounded with greenery environment which highly uses green building
system. Hence, it would be the perfect location for us to carry out this study research based on the
given task, which is to develop a sustainable kindergarten near business park or residential area.
Chosen area also focuses to protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems,
sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt
biodiversity loss.

To attain the highest level of convenience and to become more kid-friendly, kindergarten building
development must also be associated with the specification of green designs as we move toward
green and sustainable invention. Since the majority of industrialised countries are paying attention
to the awareness and implementation of green design in kindergarten.
