CHAPTER I
Introduction
1.1 Background
Private tutoring or is a learning process that is carried
out by means of an individual approach to students,
which is expected to have a close relationship between
students and teachers. So that students can better
understand the scientific field they want to study.
Private tutoring is usually done by first making an
agreement between the student and the teacher before
the teaching and learning process begins.
Private tutoring institutions are one of the learning
tutoring institutions that provide private learning
programs. For elementary, middle, high school and
college levels.
To face competition and the times, information systems
have become a necessity for private tutoring institutions.
Information systems can be used to make it easier to get
information for students and tutors such as schedules,
tutor contacts, student contacts, announcements, study
materials and so on.

1.2 formulation of the problem


1) What is the history of the establishment of private
tutoring institutions.
2) How is the student learning process when receiving
the material.
3) How is the participation of students in taking private
lessons.

1.3 Destination
1) Want to know what materials are given to students.
2) Want to know whether students are very active in
taking private lessons.

1.4 Observation method


In this observation at this shining private institution, we
use 2 (two) method approaches, namely using the
interview method and the observation method.

CHAPTER II
DISCUSSION
2.1 History formed Private institutions
 The initial process of opening a private institution
Initially opening a private institution in Putra Jaya in
2008, after a private institution was opened in Putra
Jaya the private institution moved to Bukit Duri still in
the same year, 2008.
then Mr. Nick Lambiombir was contracted by a member
of the DPR to be responsible for managing private
institutions at "LKP Serintunan" in 2009-2010.
In 2011 Nick Lambiombir re-opened his own private
institution and located in front of the village office and
in 2012 the private institution moved to the front of the
Mandriak field until 2013, then in mid-2013 the private
institution moved back to the back of the Mandriak field
and at the end of 2013 to the beginning of 2014 the
private institution moved again to the side of SMA N 1
Tansel. in 2015 the private institution moved back to
the axis road until now in 2022.
 Then there were 2 self-preparations in opening the
private institution.
1. Self maturation.
2. have the ability in the field they have such as
proficient in English

 Student learning process


While participating in the learning process students are
divided from elementary, middle and high schools,
grades 1-6, 7-9 and 11-12. Everything is combined in
one place, but differentiated in the material level.
Then the level of the material is divided into 3 parts,
namely difficult material, rather difficult and easy.
For difficult material for high school students, the
material is rather difficult for junior high school students
and easy material for elementary students and if high
school or junior high school students don't know English
at all, the students will be combined into the lower
classes, namely easy material

 Student learning participation


student participation in learning is very active and
enthusiastic, students go to the tutoring center at 17.00
and return home will be picked up by their respective
parents, students are very enthusiastic about taking
private lessons and parents also support their children.

 Study materials
For learning materials combined in book literature,
there are also slides where the material has been typed
and then used to teach students.

CHAPTER III
CLOSING
3.1 Conclusion
1. In this observation, there are two reasons that
encourage students to choose private lessons as a
means of additional learning.
2. Encouragement from the Family The advice and
attention of the family certainly has an influence in
directing students to achieve student desires in
improving their achievements in each lesson.
Because the family is the initial process of students
through socialization.
3.2 Suggestion
a) Parents
As parents should help and guide their children in terms
of learning in order to get proud learning achievements.
And support all learning activities to solve their
children's problems in terms of learning.

b) School
If students have problems in their learning, the school
must help find a solution. By giving special treatments
to students who have relatively low learning
achievement. Besides, the teacher must be fast and
responsive to the problems faced by students in terms
of learning achievement.

c) Students
Strive in terms of learning in order to get achievements
that can make parents and school proud and the results
will be beneficial for the students themselves.
