With reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer you a
position of Head-HR with Company Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Your initial positing would be at our Noida office, and you are requested to report at 2:00 PM IST on Oct 17 th, 2022.
Your offer is subject to your being medically fit at the time of joining the Company. Your offer has been made based
on the information furnished by you. However, if there is a discrepancy in the information provided by you or in the
copies of documents or certificates given by you as a proof, this offer will stand withdrawn forthwith.

Your annual CTC would be Rs. 960,000(Nine Lakh Sixty Thousand) per annum. The details of your compensation and
benefits structure would be as per Annexure A, attached herewith. The “Appointment Letter” and the “general
terms of employment”, attached herewith, will be executed within 7 business days of your joining and receiving the
onboarding documents.
