We believe that a restaurant is more than just a place where


one can eat. It's not only about top quality food, exceptional
service and comfortable surroundings, but also the experience
of a special atmosphere capable of giving every guest
a positive feeling.

Our team’s motto is “Masters in hospitality”, so happy guests


are our prime value. We proudly take care of them, filling the
restaurant with a bright identity and joyful mood. Every day
we aim to create and maintain trustful and warm relationships

The essence of our restaurants is chef Vladimir Stepanenko.

His mission is a personal approach to every product with

maximum disclosure of its value and natural taste. Vladimir pays

special attention to waste reduction as part of his sustainable

consumption philosophy.

We carefully select only high-quality produce and complement

them with an original approach.

Every day we create dishes with bright and fulsome flavours

and taste combinations to delight and please!

MEAL

The restaurant’s gastronomy focuses on the creative


presentation of dishes, bold flavours and the use of superfoods.

Our menu mainly consists of poultry dishes, from lean turkey


to exotic ostrich, and eggs cooked in all imaginable ways.

The poultry menu is complemented by dishes with meat from


farms, fresh fish and seafood, as well as gluten and lactose free
options.

A highlight of the menu is our chef's signature pizza pies.

Every day BIRDY inspires guests with incredible breakfasts.

Our multicultural menu allows everyone to find something they


like. At breakfast we focus on egg dishes, fresh pastries and
a special healthy green menu free of lactose, sugar and gluten.

of Vladimir Stepanenko, a perfect combination of the tastes

of childhood with sophisticated presentation.

Beverages
The restaurant’s philosophy and attitude towards produce can
also be seen in its beverages. The bar menu has a full variety
of juices, lemonades, non-alcoholic cocktails made with fresh
fruits, berries, vegetables, roots and herbal extracts, with
minimal added sugar.

The idea of zero waste unfolds its wings and takes flight
in BIRDY's careful and loving approach to our teas and home-
made infusions.

This is how we take care of our guests, for whom a healthy


lifestyle is crucially important.

INTERIOR

The interior-design concept is based on the wild forest,

a natural environment for birds: a variety of plants, woven nests,

floor patterns evoking tree foliage, the use of wood as a main

material and a lot of open space.

Our friendly ambiance is supported by a fully open kitchen

so guests can observe the well-coordinated work of the team.

The dining area is filled with lots of greenery and branches.

Our tables are nests of comfort in which to enjoy the dining

experience we weave.

The bird-themed interior is crowned with a giant nest on the

ceiling, a symbol of unity, comfort and unconditional care for

our guests.

All these elements generate an atmosphere of pleasant

gatherings in a forest: the chirping birds, the crackle

of a campfire, the rustling of the tall trees’ crowns. The space

is saturated with the impressions of freshness and forest air:

sit down, relax, take a deep, full breath!

One of the best cooks in the south of Russia.

Active participant and winner of Russian

and international culinary competitions.

Vladimir served many apprenticeships in Germany,

Spain, Turkey and various South East Asian

countries, studied and worked in the 3 Michelin Star

restaurant Akelarre (San Sebastian, Spain),

and launched the Aragwi restaurant in Vienna.

Very delicious food literally blows my mind. The

“ ingredients can be very simple, but in unusual

combinations something special can be achieved.



And I would like my guests to experience this.
