Learning Objective:
 To make students understand the importance of effective business communication skills,
improve their real-world business communication skills
 To become familiar with common business documents and to provide a basic
understanding of Enterprise resource planning

Course Outcomes:
On successful completion of this program, students will be able to

overview of ERP

ethical and legal issues in communication encountered by business, forms of report and
different modules of ERP and its usage in industry

common social media platforms used by corporate institutions
CO5: [K5] Appraise and synthesize real life cases to recommend strategies to overcome barriers
