 Type of paper: Print on 8.5 X 11 inches bond paper

 Margins: 1.5-inch margin on the left side, 1-inch on the top, right, and bottom sides
 Font: Times New Roman, Font size 12
 Spacing: Double-spaced except for the Title Page, Table of Contents, List of Tables,
Figures and Abstract
 Pagination: Page numbers are placed at the bottom right corner of the page, with page 1
starting on Chapter 1
 Section Titles: (centered, Times New Roman 16)
 Body contents: (left-aligned, start on the 6th line from the Title, Times New Roman 12)
 Title page: (center-aligned, Times New Roman Font 16, with 5 spaces between main
information:
- Title (Big and Small caps, not more than 15 words)
- Author 1, Author 2 (in alphabetical order),
- “A Research Report Submitted to the
Ateneo de Naga University Research Council” (No quotation mark in the paper)
- Month and Year of submission
- Contract Number
 Acknowledgement page:
- Section Title: Acknowledgement
- First line: “I would like to acknowledge the support of the Ateneo de Naga University
Research Council in undertaking this research.”
- Succeeding lines: Author’s discretion
 Author’s biography page:
- Section Title: About the Author(s)
- Provide a short paragraph about the author(s) which includes information about
department / unit affiliation in Ateneo de Naga University, position, research
interests, and previous research / publications (left-aligned, start 6 spaces after
“About the Author(s)”)
