AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, RRRRR, Filipino, of legal age, married, and residents of Lourdes, Panglao, Bohol,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. I am the private complainant in a criminal case for violation of Estafa in relation to R.A
10175 Known as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 against EEEE docketed as;

2. After several conferences with the accused, we have agreed that she will pay the amount
involved in this case on an installment basis;

3. I hereby release the accused from any and all criminal liabilities and waive any action
right of action against the accused in connection with the above case;

4. I fully understand the consequences of this Affidavit of Desistance; and

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and
respectively pray that the aforementioned case against the accused be withdrawn and/or
provisionally dismissed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 2nd day of December 2022,
