1. Open WorldShip
2. Click “OK” to select
today’s pickup date
if prompted.

3. Click the “Tools”
option and select
“Shipper Editor”

4. In the Shipper
Editor click on the
“Add” button.

5. Fill in all blue
highlighted fields
and click on “OK”.
NOTE: Use the
Target.com Shipper
Name and UPS
Account Number
assigned to you by
Target.com

6. The new shipper
number will have a
“Pending” status
until WorldShip
checks it against
the mainframe.
NOTE: This
process can take up
to 48 hours but
usually goes
through within an
hour. You can
check the status by
clicking the “Update
Status” button.

7. Once the new
shipper number
shows as
Approved, click
Modify.

8. Select the
“Alternate Ship
From” tab.
9. Change the
Address information
to the following:

10. Click “OK”

changes to
“Approved” you will
be able to select it
from the “Shipper”
drop down box on
the main shipping
screen in
WorldShip.

1. From the WorldShip
main shipping
screen select the
“Tools” option and
then select “Profile
Editor…”.

2. Select the “Ship
From” Tab

3. Select the “Ground”
option from the
“UPS Service” drop
down box. Note:
This will also
change the
“Preferred Domestic
Service” to
“Ground”

tab and check box
for “Residential
Address”

As” button.

Then save as Target.com and close

the correct address
by verifying that
9356AW is in the
“UPS Acct No” field.

Address” button.

button to return to
the main WorldShip
shipping screen.

1. Make sure the
correct shipper
number is displayed
in the “Shipper”
drop down box and
that the
“Target.com” profile
is displayed in the
“Profile” drop down
box.

2. Enter all of the ship
to information. All
fields highlighted in
blue are required.

3. “Ground” should be
the default service.
All shipments
should go “Ground”
unless you have
received prior
approval from
Target.com and
notification through
TargetVantage.

4. Confirm “Package
Type”.

5. Enter package
weight. If a scale is
connected to the
system the weight
will be imported
automatically.

6. Reference fields 1
and 2 will appear on
the label. Enter the
Order ID in
“Reference Number
1” and the Item
Number in
“Reference Number
2”. If you are
shipping more than
one item in this
package, enter the
term multiple.
NOTE: There is a 35
character maximum
in these fields.

7. If Target.com has
indicated that your
package should be
sent “Signature
Required” (see
appendix for
sample packing
slip), click the
“Options” Tab.
Otherwise, skip to
step 10.

8. Under the Package
Options, select the
check box for
“Delivery
Confirmation”.
Then select the
radio button for
“Signature
Required”

Tab.

10. If you have more
than one package
going to the same
location you can
click the “Add”
button to add a
package to the
shipment. (If this
shipment only has
one package, skip
to step 12)

except for Weight
and Reference
fields will be carried
over to the second
package. Enter
weight and
reference
information.

12. When you are done
adding packages
click the “Process
Shipment” button or
press F10 on the
keyboard to print
the labels.
13. Attach labels to
packages making
sure they are not
covering any seams
on the box or
wrapping around
any corners.
