Ana Mesa Domínguez 1ºA “Conveniences and Inconveniences of eating food you don't like"

We all have foods we don’t like and avoid eating. However, is this the right thing to do or are
we just limiting ourselves by doing it?

It may feel like common sense: I don’t like this food, so I might as well not eat it. Food is
something we should enjoy. We go to restaurants and try new foods in search of new flavours
we are going to like.

Despite all this, if we try something once, we don’t like it and then we don’t ever eat it again,
limiting our taste. When we take a food out of the possibilities we are reducing our possible
meals. On the contrary, when we try to cook it differently or simply try it again, we are
opening ourselves to new flavours.

Overall, we should always try to find ways to expand our possibilities instead of closing them
when it comes to food.
