Subject : Implementation of action points under Business Reform

Action Plan 2017 - 0nline Registration of Documents relating
to properties and Partne*rship Firms Reg.

With reference to the subject proposed, as mandated in the Department

of Industrial Policy Promotion (DIPP), Government of India - Business Action
Reform Action Plan, the Department of Stamps and Registration is required to
implement online Registration of Documents relating to properties under
Registration Act, L90B and online Registration of Partnership Firms under the
Indian Partnership Act, 1932.

In this context, the software developed for the online Registration of

Documents relating to properties and online Registration of Partnership
Firms is hosted at correspondin gkaverionline.karnataka.gov.in and
kaverionlinefirm.karnataka.gov.in websites. Therefore, all the District
Registrars and Sub Registrars of the State are directed to hence forth process
the online applications for registration and register when the applications are
submitted through the online portal.
