Customers place online orders on the Kroger app.
We receive these orders, pick the items, and then
load them into their car when they arrive to pick it
up at a pre designated time
Required abilites
 How to both load and unload plastic totes
 We work with lots of handheld technology
so being able to understand and work the
apps is imperative.
 You must be aware of your surroundings for
safety when loading groceries in the parking
lot
 Pulling trollies and repeatedly standing and
bending over without fatiguing yourself
 Honesty: We try to instill a sense of trust between both
employees and customers in the local community
 Respect: to respect an honor the wish is of the
customers and respect each other as efficient and caring
employees

Required Skills

 You must be literate in the English

language.
 Read and pick the proper items show on
handhelds
 Physical Strength and endurance
 Good communication and people/
customer service skills
 Ability to listen and follow instructions,
even when unsupervised
 Ability to stand and walk for long periods
of time
 Good attention to detail and can work
under pressure
