M Monthly 1) TKN, NO3 and Total P are applicable to Direct Discharge sites, only, unless site has been granted a PepsiCo exemption from N and/or P.
W Weekly If exempt from N or P limits, related testing is not required
W (3X) 3 times per week 2) If the facility add nitrogen or phosphorus as supplemental nutrients for the biological system, measurement of N and/or P in the effluent is required
D Daily 2) This table reflects minimum PepsiCo global monitoring. Site must also complete any monitoring required by permit/authorization or PepsiCo EHS30
S Per Shift 3) All analytical measures and process control calcs must be recorded and graphically displayed for review and trend analysis.
C Continuous 4) FOG measurements are applicable for Snacks/Foods and Dairy operations. Beverage operations are not required to measure FOG for process control.

** Continuous measurement of Aeration Basin Dissolved Oxygen is recommended and can be justified on a cost savings basis by reduction of Blower power consumption.
**Until equipment for Continuous DO measurement is installed at a site, measurement minimum once per shift is acceptable.
