Exercise 3:
Develop a strong health and safety culture
Introduction
You have seen in module 4 that focusing on the following three essential principles can help
develop a strong health and safety culture:
The purpose of this exercise is to review how well these principles are integrated into your
organisation and what you do personally.
Instructions
Use the questionnaire to consider each of the principles and to develop an action plan to
implement any ideas that come to you.
Note
This exercise is intended to be a useful tool for you to use within your organisation. There is no
need for you to send it to HSQE Ltd for assessment.
