With reference to the above it prayed that this honorable authority may kindly be
granted/issued certified true copy of the above order in original due to we have not
received through courier on the declared premises which is mentioned on his tax profile.

In the light of above it is humbly requested that may kindly be issued True certified copy
of the Order dated 20.05.2022 passed by this forum in terms of section 161 (1) of the
Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 as we can file an Appeal before the Appellate
Commissioner Inland Revenue (Appeals) Karachi and oblige.
