    Most respectfully, it is prayed on behalf of J/D that revision against the above mentioned
    execution is filled and was fixed on dated February 25 th, 2023, but unfortunately due to
    departmental transferred on said matter was adjourned and put off to March 3rd, 2023 for hearing.

    (Copy of revision diary no. 13/2023 against the above execution is attached as annexure no.
    A)

    Having the above fact on record it is requested to some more time for staying the subject
    mentioned execution, in the interest of justice.
