How to Find All Standard Reports in SAP
One of the most frequent daily needs of any company is reporting.

Reports are important both for the day-to-day, as well as for consultants who
participate in implementation or improvement projects.
SAP Report is the presentation of information in an organized arrangement.
SAP report is an executable program that reads the information in
the database and produces output based on the filter criteria chosen from the
end-user.
All standard reports are available in single transaction code called “SAP1”, if
you want view list of standard reports available in MM Module.
Step: - 1
 Login SAP Screen.
Step: - 2
 Enter the SAP1 in Command Field as below shown.
 Click on Execute. Below Screen opens.

 Above screen of Reporting for all Module Opens.
 Click on Material Management.
 Above list of Reports Related to Material Management with different

operations opens.
 Select the Operation as per requirement.

 Here I am choosing the Report related to Inventory Management.
 As above shown all the list of Report related to Inventory Management

will display here.
 Select the Report which you needed. Here I am selecting report of
First Report: -
 Material Document List: - MB51 from list.
 Just Double click on it. Below screen opens.

 Enter the Required details as per your requirement of report as above
shown & click on Execute.

 As per the entered details it will show you the Report of Material
Document.
 By Click on Document No it will open the Document as below.

Step: - 4
 If we want to Export this Report in Excel Sheet.
 Right Click on it & Select the Spreadsheet as above shown.

 Below screen opens. Select as below.
 Click on Right Tick.

 Enter the File Name as per requirement & Click on Save.
 Click on Allow.

 As above shown Report Exported in Excel sheet.
 As per requirement we can use this report for reference.
Second Report: -
Now as per Business Requirement they want to know Total Stock
in Organization with Total Valuation
 For that we have the Inventory Info. System under Inventory
Management Report as below shown.

 Double Click on it. Below screen opens.

 Enter the Required details as per requirement as above shown & click on
Execute.
 As above shown Report Generated for CPMG plant.

 Now in this Report no any material description shown. As per below we
can add the Description of Material.

 As above shown in same screen of report Go to Settings-> Column
Width -> Characteristics (Click on It)
 Enter the Column Width as per requirement & Click on Right Tick.

 So length of Column Increases.
 Again in same screen Go to Settings-> Characteristics Display -> Key &

Description (Click on it)

 Now it will show you the list of Material with Description of it.
 Now as per reqquirement we can Export the data in Excel Sheet as
below shown.

 Select the Table or Pivot Table as per requirement. Click on Right tick.
 As below Report Extracted in Excel Sheet.
 As per the Requirement we can Change it & Use it.

 As per my requirement I arrange he report as above shown.
Third Report: -
 Now Business want the know the List of Vendor for Specific
Purchase Organisation.
 In the same screen of SAP1 follow the below path.

 Double click on it. Below screen opens.
 Enter the Purchase Organisation & Execute.

 After Executing all the list of Vendor opens as above shown.
 As per requirement we can Export this report also. As per export done in
above report.
 As above shown we have the All Required Report in this SAP1 Screen &
as per Business Requirement we can generate it.

 As per the Materials Management Module we have all the Reports
Related to other Modules like SD, PP, QM & FI. As above shown.
 As per the Business requirement we can use this SAP1 is used to
generate the report related to any SAP Module.
 This is how we can generate report in Sap by using Single T-Code: - SAP1
