Assignment-1

Although I didn't have to create any conflict with anyone after last week's ACPP
class, but I want to share a story that happened to me recently. We were given an
assignment in a group of six members from our course teacher. Then I share the
work of the assignment with everyone in our group. I set a deadline for everyone to
submit their work to me. Five out of six persons finished their work and gave me
their work within due time. But one person did not finish his work because he went
to visit one place with his friends. We could not submit the assignment as he did
not finish his work on time. As he could not finish his part on time, I had a little
conflict with him. Then I open a google meet to talk with everyone so that I can
resolve conflict with him and we can submit our assignment on time. Then I talked
to him and realized that it was not possible for him to do the work because he did
not have any laptop. Then we decided that we would all share his part and finish it
soon. Then we all finish his part together and resolve our conflict by talking with
him. Then we submit the assignment within the deadline.
