My teachers apply accountability, fairness and transparency in class by giving

chance to others to recite, and they understand what we’re going through. If we recited
but it’s not what they want to hear or in short it’s not the right answer well they still give
compliment and they do not embarrass the students. We also have this teacher wherein
he wants us to think that we’re just friends so that the shyness will disappear, and he
approaches us all politely to recite.

For me as a manager I will stand about the incident and will give impose
consequences to the employee with fairness by first investigate and review the
employee policy, I’ll communicate clearly with correctional methods and words, I’ll
give verbal warning and finish it with a positive note and give the employee time to
speak in private. He/she apologized and asked for second chance to regain my trust
but I think I need to remove him/her in his/her position besides of having a trust issues
it’s hard to regain my trust because I’ll think that he/she can do it again because she
once do it.
