8. Sampling technique (how will you choose your respondents or source of data)
To the youths, this will provide them knowledge about the importance of participating on the
Sangguniang Kabataan Program.
To the parents, this may inform them on the importance of participating to the local government
programs. As an effect, this may lead them to encouraging their children to participate actively in the
community.
To the community, the community shall also benefit from the study in a sense that they are vital to the
development of the community and as such they will be eagerly give youth a support for the future
development of the community.

This study aims to determine the impact of sangguniang kabataan program on the development of the
youth.

development of the respondents.
In particular, this study will be using causal research design, where the researcher observes the impact
caused by the independent variable on the dependent variable. Causal research is a type of research
design that examines if there's a cause-and-effect relationship between two separate events. This would
occur when there is a change in one of the independent variables, which is causing changes in the
dependent variable.
Where:

The z-value is found in a Z table.
8. Sampling technique (how will you choose your respondents or source of data)
Cluster sampling will be utilize in the study. The cluster will be coming from the 82 different barangay of
mangatarem pangasinan. Cluster sampling is a probability sampling method in which the researcher will
divide a population into clusters, and then randomly select some of these clusters as their sample. The
clusters should ideally each be mini-representations of the population as a whole (Thomas, 2020).
