must have a knowledge of the significance and meaning of authority in order to carry out this
principle in a powerful and advantageous manner. The main objective of the leaders is to inform,
support, and assist their subordinates in carrying out their work responsibilities in a very
organized and controlled manner and achieving the ideal objectives and goals. When the
pioneers are carrying out their professional responsibilities or collaborating with others, they
need to impart values that promote generosity and success. The pioneers should also be well-

Appendix 1 Action plan
Digitization has created a revolution in every field in the world. Almost every sector is
transforming its business and activities from old traditional methods to new digitized
advancements (Alqudah, 2022). As with other sectors, educational institutes must develop a
change plan to digitize educational activities. This action plan will include all the steps necessary
to take when digitizing the academic activities of primary school children. This program aims to
improve the education of children. To provide quality education to children under the 5th
standard, it is necessary to give them the best and traditional teaching with new advanced
techniques, which will benefit them in the future because the future is reliable with technology
and innovation. The team will select rural areas where primary education schools of rural areas
will be given aid to bring about change in their education system for the betterment of students in
the future. To select the rural areas, the team's primary focus will be on a survey of the regions.
The team will choose rural areas with very few educational facilities and work to bring change to
improve children's education and lives.

After the survey and selection of the rural areas, a team will visit the schools to make a
report and determine the basic needs those schools need to bring change in their education
system; after documentation of the basic requirements, new technological advancements like
Laptops, multimedia projectors, LED screens for lectures, labs and others will be recommended
to schools to bring change in educational methods. The source of equipment will be the
administration of schools and NGOs that support children in rural areas and the institutes
starving to get change in rural areas too.

After the equipment installation, sessions with children and parents will be held to make
them aware of the importance of quality education. In these sessions, students and families will
be informed about new technologies and their significance in their educational activities and the
future.

After successful sessions with children and families, training sessions with teachers will be
conducted to train them about the new ways of digital education. The team will be divided into
sub-teams, and at once, many school faculties will be taught about the use of technology in
education. One week's worth of sessions will be held to train the teachers about new ways of

teaching. When teachers are trained about the use of technologies and new teaching methods,
they will be allowed to teach with the help of new technologies at school.

After a successful change process, the final process will be monitoring and control. In this
step, the control and monitoring team will visit schools and get tests and feedback from students,
teachers, and families about the new digitized education methods. The success rate of this change
process will be measured based on test results, feedback, and the reviews of students, teachers,
and families of students.

Leadership Style

Different Goleman management approaches should be applied depending on the circumstance. it

is preferable to employ the majority rule, affiliative, visionary, and training styles more
frequently and extensively than pacesetting and controlling administration.

He changes selected for bringing quality to children's and their family’s lives is digitizing
the education system in primary schools in rural areas. The world is changing rapidly, and with
time, every business is transforming its processes into digitized ones (Rakhimovich, 2021). As
with other sectors, there is a need to change the education system for early-age students in rural
areas. Rural areas are mostly deprived of quality education, and to bring change in the
educational quality of those students, a team has decided to bring change in their educational
process (Jonpulatovna, 2021). This change will help children and their families in the upcoming
times because the future is based on technology. Early age is always a learning age, and the
difference in the educational process will help students quickly understand the use of technology,
which will help them in future. Also, learning through digital methods will affect the
understanding of students of early age, and the visuals of multimedia lectures will be easy to
understand for children (Coron, 2021). Hence, changing educational policies and methods will
help improve the quality of education systems in rural areas.

Every industry in the world has changed thanks to digitization. Almost every industry is
transitioning from outdated traditional ways to new technological developments (Bahromova,
2021). Educational institutions must create a transition strategy to digitize all aspects of

educational activities, much like other industries. This action plan will outline all the measures
that must be taken to digitize primary school students' instructional activities.

This program's goal is to raise kids' academic standards. Children under the fifth grade need the
most excellent education possible with modern advancements in teaching methods to receive a
decent education, as the future will largely depend on technology and innovation.

The change model used by the team will be Lewin's three-stage model of change. This model has
three steps in which the group brings about change. In the first step of this model, the team leader
will acknowledge to other team members and stakeholders the need for change (Alqudah, 2022).
In this case, the leader will recognize other team members and stakeholders regarding the need
for digitization in rural schools. The leader will also decide the changes that will be made in the
educational process of the rural regions of schools. Overall, thoughts and issues will also be
discussed and documented in the first step. The second step of this change model is to implement
the change (Rakhimovich, 2021). As shown in appendix 1, the difference would be in training
teachers about digital education and making them aware of the importance of technology and its
uses in studies. In the last step of this change, the model leader will monitor the changes and get
feedback from students and teachers to measure the success rate of this change in rural areas of
primary education schools.

The leadership theory that will be implemented in this change process is the transformational
leadership model. In this model, the leader will inspire others to change and innovate. The
leader's role is significant in bringing change in the educational sector. In this case leader's role is
crucial because he will be the person who will convince and inspire others to bring change in the
educational system and methods. The role of the leader will be important because this change
process is not too small and needs mega support of NGOs, government, school administrations
and team members as well. The leader will be the person who convinces NGOs to aid the rural
areas of school children to bring out a change in quality education. This change plan can face the
barrier of funding to bring new technologies into schools. In this case, the role of the leader will
be significant. He will have to make the funders aware of the educational deprivation children in
rural areas face due to the lack of technology and facilities. Hence, the leader will be the
backbone of this case of change.

According to the Authoritative Leadership Style of Daniel Goleman style, teamwork is essential
to bring change in quality education. Collaborative work is always said to be successful work. It
is a mega and complex project for which there is a need for almost 100 personnel who are well-
qualified in information technology. The team's collaboration will help bring about a successful
change in the education system of rural areas' primary education schools. Teamwork will enable
the leader to enhance his working experience in working in large teams, and members will also
gain the benefit of working under experienced leadership. There are lots of challenges that may
arise while working in a team. The basic challenge is the overlapping of ideas. With a large
number of team members, there are chances of the mingling of ideas, and to solve this issue
leader will use the leadership theory, in which decisions will only be made by the leader.
Communication challenges can be solved by the effective conduction of meetings between team
members on work progress. Hence, there may be challenges to working in teams, but working in
teams is better than working alone.

The motivation theory behind this project is the Social need-based theory. Leader is inspired to
do work after analyzing the social needs of rural areas. The main motivation behind this change
project is the need for quality education for children in rural areas. In developed regions, such as
developed cities, there is a need to digitize schooling in rural areas. Rural students are
permanently deprived of basic educational facilities. The primary sites of education are selected
for change because this is the age when a child starts learning and is the time of their primary
education. Starting basic education with technology and innovative methods will help students
better understand the use of technology which will further help them in using technology in
future and will also make them aware of the importance of technology in future.

According to the risk register for this change project, there are some barriers associated with this
project. This change plan can encounter a budget obstacle when introducing new technologies to
classrooms. The ability to lead will be crucial in this situation. He will need to inform the funders
of the educational disadvantages those children in rural areas experience owing to a lack of
facilities and technology. Another barrier that can be raised in the way of changing educational
methods is team formation. This barrier will also be handled by the team leader. A team leader is
a person who will take the working process of large teams, and he will be the person responsible
for team formation according to the needs of the project.

Stakeholders of this project are change management team, students of rural areas schools, their
families, school staff, NGOs and government authorities. To engage the stakeholders with
project meeting will be held quarterly. First meeting between stakeholders will be held before
start of this project in which a draft of outcomes of this project and a draft of overall plan will be
presented by team. After the approval plan will be implemented to bring quality in child
education. In the middle other sessions with stakeholders will be held to inform them about the
progress of change. After implementation another meeting of the stakeholders will be conducted
to acknowledge them about the success ration of the project to inspire them to start some sort of
project in future.

This project will help in developing the career as a team leader. A true team leader is the person
who backup the teams, engage the stakeholders, solve the conflicts and manage the complex
projects. It will help in achieving future goals of becoming a successful entrepreneur. This
project will help in gaining experience in working in large teams and working on complex
projects. To bring the quality in society the change is needed in almost every sector and this
project will help in understanding the needs of change in education system and will also inspire
to work for the betterment of society.

Conclusion
According to researches and past records it is not wrong to say that future belongs to technology.
Use of technology is necessary in every sector and it quite important to use technology in
educational sector. Bringing change in rural areas school will help students to gain basic quality
education. They will be able to understand the basic use of IOT and digital technologies.
Teaching methods will also be improved due to the use of technological advancements. Students
will move from theoretical reading to practical work with help of labs. Because the future will be
dependent on technology, this development will benefit kids and their families in the future.
Young children are continually learning, and the new educational methods will make it easier for
them to comprehend how to use technology in the future. Additionally, using digital learning
methods will impact young students' comprehension, and multimedia lectures' graphics will
make learning easier for children. This project will help in achieving future goals to become a
leader and a successful entrepreneur.
