Subject- Legal action against Mr.A, as he is trying to encroach my
private land in favour of public street and harassing me by filling
unnecessary suit against me.
Sir/Madam,
I, the Sd. Miss Neha residing at the address mentioned above would
like to submit my burning problem as below and request your help
to overcome the harassment faced by me.
From the last many years I’m living at the same place and I had
constructed the chabutra in presence of plaintiff as well as the
persons residing in the locality but they didn’t raise any objection at
the time of construction of chabutra.
Afterwords, I tried to remind him that where I had constructed
chabutra is my private land and even though I don’t need
permission of anyone to construct anything on my private land still I
had constructed it with the permission of the commissioner.
In this situation, I request the concerned authority to please initiate
legal action against Mr. A to stop him doing these activities.

Hope you will do the needful favour with an immediate effect.
