    ENROACHERS/HOUSE DEVELOPERS/FLATS CONSTRUCTOR ALREADY
    ACQUIRED BY CDA IN VILLAGE SHAH ALLAH DITTA ACQUIRED FOR
    DUMPING GROUND

    Dear Respected Sir,

    I am Syed Aamir Abbas, resident of Shah Allah Ditta, Islamabad. Please hide my name and identity.
    I’m submitting the same complaint a second time. The first complaint IS040921-89005489 was
    submitted on 04-09-2021, but still, no proper action is taken from senior management. Developments
    and constructions of flats are in progress.

    I want to draw your attention to a major issue regarding land grabbers, encroachers, house developers,
    and flats constructors at Shah Allah Ditta, Islamabad. This issue is already in the notice of Deputy
    Commissioner, CDA, Islamabad (Letter#NO.CDA/DC-2(Admin)2021/270), but still, senior
    management is not taking any serious action to take complete control of CDA land.

    It has been reported by field staff that mutation of the land of Village Shah Allah Ditta (Dumping
    Ground Area), 112-Acres, 02-Kanals, 02 Marlas acquired by CDA vide Award dated 20-03-
    1989 is pending and not mutated in the name of CDA. Due to the nonmutation of the acquired
    land, the land grabbers & encroachers are speedily purchasing/selling/constructing new houses/flats/etc.,
    illegally, which is causing a heavy loss to Authority.

    Dear Sir, one of the businessmen, Mr. Naushad Ali Samnani (CNIC#42101-1781064-1,
    Contact#0312-5564772, Address: House#557-B, Street#53, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad) with
    the collaboration of Ali Muhammad Enterprises Proprietor still constructing and selling flats
    illegally at the Village Shah Allah Ditta (Dumping Ground Area).

    Here I have requested that you please take immediate action and stop all of the illegal activities at the land
    of Village Shah Allah Ditta (Dumping Ground Area). This will help to minimize and control the heavy loss
    to CDA authority.
