    I, the undersigned owner, Mr. Nalapad Ahmed Abdulla, of the private villa on plot number,
    6316561, Dubai Hills Parkways, fully undertake that I accept the works as it is and I have no
    objection for the clearance of undertaking for BCC for Armada Contracting LLC.

    Items pending:
    1. Kitchen cabinets (awaiting transit and customs clearance)
    2. Final paint
    3. Master Bedroom ceiling- Its veneer finish and preferred to be done during the last stages
    4. Theatre room
    5. Joinery

    Based on this undertaking, I request the authority for clearance of undertaking for the above
    mentioned project/plot number.
