Subject: - Notification of Supplementary Agreement Request

It is well recalled that our company has made an agreement with Win Soul
for God (WSG) for the construction of referred project.
It is also well recalled we have signed a supplementary agreement for
External Plastering, Quartz payment and Marble Window Cill on May 2022.
In addition another supplementary agreement for Gypsum Plastering,
Sanitary Installation and Electrical Installation has also been singed on
August 2022.
As per the signed agreement, material mobilization and active construction
is to start. Therefore here kindly request the following two issues so as to
commence the project
1. Finalize the marble, window cill agreement (the previous
supplementary Agreement) so as to place the window cill prior to the
Gypsum plastering.
2. Submission of Electrical and Sanitary Installation design drawing the
sooner the better.
