a) Foundation for fire water tank:
I. Structural design of foundation as per BNBC.
II. BOQ & specification sheet.
III. Baseline & Execution plan.

b) Internal bituminous Road:

For Heavy truck movement (HS20-44, AASTHTO trucks). The offer will be included with

II. BOQ & specification sheet.
III. Baseline & Execution plan.

c) Boundary Fences & Gates:

The length of the boundary fence and gates as per provided plot. There will be three gates (2
no’s in the front of 8 Mtr & 1 no of 2mtr gate in the North west of the plot).

6. PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
a. 40% of the Contracted amount as advance along with work order.
b. Rest of the Contracted amount will be paid after completion of works.

7. CANCELLATION CLAUSE:
10 % of the total work order value will be charged if you want to cancel the order after
placement of work order in favor of us.

8. OUR SCOPE REFERENCE:
