ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE PROPOSAL

Professional Architectural Plans and Design for 2 Storey Residential (Renovation)

Dear Ma’am/ Sir,

In accordance with your request for our professional architectural services for
the above-mentioned project, it is our pleasure to offer such services based on the
following scope of works and conditions:

I. Description of Services Offered: Architectural Plans and Designs

a. Schematic Design Phase

i. Preparation of the following Design:
1. Architectural 3D Design Drawings
a. Site Perspectives
b. Perspectives
c. Site Development
ii. Upon completion, the architect shall prepare and submit the
following to the Owner:
1. Architectural Schematic Drawings (Includes 3D
Perspectives)
b. Contract Document Phase
i. Preparation of the following Construction Drawings and
Documents
1. Architectural Drawings
a. Plans
b. Elevations
c. Sections
d. Perspectives
e. Structural Plans
f. Electrical Plans
g. Plumbing and Sanitary Plans
ii. Upon completion, the architect shall prepare and submit the
following to the Owner:
1. 1 Set Architectural Construction Plans and Designs

c. Construction Phase
i. Site Visits and Supervision during construction

II. Project Description:

The project is the Architectural Plans and Designs of 2 Storey

Residential for Renovation

III.Design Fee:

Services Fee for the preparation of Architectural Plans and 3D Design

Drawings shall be in Lump Sum Amount of SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND IN
PESO (79,000.00 Php) only. See below for computation of Professional
Service Fee.

Rate per square meter = 300.00 Php/sqm (Includes Walkthrough)

Total Sqm = 264 sqm (based on plan)

Design Fee: 300 sqm. x 264.00 = 79,000.00 Php (Non Vat)

Note:

• The Architectural Design Fee Becomes 50% discounted if The Services Is Design
and Build,
• The half amount of the services cost of 39,000.00 Php will be returned to
the client

IV. Terms of Payment / Billing Schedule

a. An Engagement/Acceptance Fee amounting to 50% of the

Professional Service Fee or Thirty Nine Thousand Pesos
(39,000.00 Php) will be charged to the Client and must be fully paid
within five (3) working days from receipt of project proposal to signify
acceptance of Contractor’s Professional services. The
Engagement/Acceptance Fee is part of the total Professional Fee.
b. A partial payment of 30% of Professional Service Fee or Twenty
Three Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (23,700.00 Php) shall be
given upon submission of Plans and Design Proposal (Includes Major
and Minor Revisions)
c. The remaining balance 20% of Professional Service Fee or Fifteen
Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (15,800.00 Php) shall be given
upon completion and Acceptance of the Plans and Design by the Client

V. Mode of Payment

VI. Exclusions from Services and Fees

The following services are NOT included in the above mentioned quoted
Architectural Interiors Services. They will be provided, if authorized or
confirmed by the Owner in writing, and shall be subject to additional or
separate compensation to be agreed upon by both parties:

a. Revision on the drawings, specifications or other documents after the

acceptance and submission of drawings.
b. Bonds and Insurances

Should you find everything in order, kindly acknowledge your acceptance of the offer
as an agreement by affixing your signature below.
