We would like to submit our quotation for the supply of labor, materials and technical
supervision for the demolition works and structural retrofitting of a warehouse, scope of works
are as follows:

1. Mobilization
2. Demolition works
3. installation of structural steel girder to support the existing trusses
3. Fabtication of steel girder
4. Restoration of retrofitted wall
5. Hauling of construction debris

A. Construction Amount: One Hundred Fifty Four Thousand

One Hundred Fifty Six Pesos ( P154,156.00)
B. Project Duration: Thirty (30) Working days
C. Terms of Payment: Same as previous contract

Processing of all government fees, submission of plans for approval for Barangay clearances, soil test( not
included), project supervision, signature in building permits (construction in charge), DOLE, Mayor’s
permit, project supervisions and application for building permits is not included in this quotation.
