completely different material and permits will be charged 30% (thirty percent) of the total project
value.

m. CONFIDENTIALITY. The PROFESSIONALIST (Architect Joel Núñez Hernández) and the CLIENT agree to exchange
certain Confidential Information of their property, which is necessary for the development of the legal
relationship between them.
n. The parties shall maintain and preserve strict confidentiality of the Confidential Information disclosed to them,
and shall not use such information for their own benefit, agreeing not to disclose the information to third parties
who do not have a specific need to receive such information for the purpose of providing professional services
by the Professional.
o. The parties agree that the Confidential Information of the Professional consisting of designs, models, plans,
diagrams (among which may be found those denominated as List of Needs, Of Person, Style and Form,
Bioclimatic and Architectural), and in general any where all types of architectural or similar designs and
calculations are shown, shall be considered as Industrial Secrets in terms of the Industrial Property Law.
p. The Client acknowledges that the deliverables of the Professional may contain privileged information of its
property, and therefore the parties agree that in spite of becoming the property of the Client after the
corresponding payment has been settled, the Professional will maintain its authorship and therefore will be able
to show itself before third parties as the author of the architectural project, especially with regard to acoustic
conditioning.
