Sir,
Referring to the above subject we would like to seek your
attention to our long pending allotment of the plot in the Addl. Murbad M.I.D.C.
Industrial Area near our Existing Unit Situated at Plot No, K-10 Addl. Murbad
M.I.D.C. Industrial Area and we are going Expansion Unit on Plot No, K-10

We have applied application for Allotment of plot on 8 th

December 2006, and then the Area Manager M.I.D.C. requesting for Fresh
Application on 21st July 2009 Letter No, MIDC/ROT/AMUR/-135, again for the
allotment for which we have applied again on 18 th Aug 2009 with necessary
fees paid the necessary fees and Documents ainst But till date we have not
received any letter or correspondence from the Area Manager M.I.D.C Thane
office. Since 4 Month already passed we would like to inform that due to delay
we are loosing the market as well as interest on the loan for the project.

Thus we would like to request you to kindly do the needful and

guide through necessary direction.
