inhabitant, having its address At Shop No.04, Ground Floor, Plot No. -43, Sector – 2, Karanjade, Tal.
– Panvel, Dist – Raigad - 410209, is Owner of the property bearing Plot No. 72, Sector- 2A, Node –
Karanjade, Navi Mumbai admeasuring 299.670 Sq.M.

With reference to above subject, we hereby request you to kindly issue us provisional NOC for
additional FSI to carry out our development.

Document Submission are as follows:


1. Architect’s Certificate
2. Attested copy of Agreement to Lease
3. Attested copy of Possession Receipt
4. Attested copy of Demarcation Plan
5. Attested copy of Tripartite Agreement
6. Attested copy of Final Transfer Order

Kindly let us know the required amount to allow us to make the said payment and grant us the CIDCO
NOC for further Process of Approval of Commencement Certificate from CIDCO (Building Permission)
at the earliest.
